PREVENTION:
GCMS personnel are trained in accident prevention techniques and safety leadership skills. Job Safety Analysis is used on all GCMS sites to identify and address hazards in each work process.
EDUCATION:
While on-site GCMS conducts daily toolbox talks.
ADHERENCE:
GCMS will work under the most stringent of both our corporate safety policies and philosophies or those provided by the client.
COLLABORATION:
Site safety inspections are conducted daily. In addition, GCMS assures the safety process implementation by auditing 100% of its workforce annually.
INVESTIGATION:
Safety incidents are thoroughly investigated through GCMS’s safety department personnel to determine root cause, appropriate corrective measures and disciplinary action if, and when appropriate.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES:
Thorough, prompt review and documentation of safety incidents are conducted uniformly across sites. Safety alerts are issued throughout the company to promote education, awareness, and prevent incidents across job sites.
